I ordered a painting from koonchi of my wife and I and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. I fell in love with how easy it was to use the website to upload the picture you want painted. You can choose the painting style and frame size, all on the website. Once my order was in, Varun followed up with me several times as the painting progressed to make sure the painting was exactly how I wanted it. This was a very good idea by Varun because during the course of the painting we had a feedback about some detail and it was immediately corrected. Varun also made sure to follow up with details about when the painting would be done, the different stages of the painting and the shipping info to me here in the USA. When we got our package, the painting was perfect. It didn't seem/feel like it had been shipped for thousands of miles from India. Koonchi not only has good quality painting, they also have one of the best customer service I've ever encountered with any business. This is really key especially in this type of business. I highly recommend koonchi to everyone.

My brother very recently got married and since I practically managed everything for his wedding, as a thank-you my bhaiya-bhabhi gifted me this baller painting. My room walls are all white and so my brother specifically mentioned in the instructions to make the painting artistic, colorful and vibrant. I was so happy with how the painting turned out cause, I didn't want a very cliched oil painting so Koonchi actually took care of the brief perfectly. Their packaging is also so classy and sturdy. The painting came to me scratchless and it also had free postcards and cute branding stickers on it. Overall I am super happy with them and their products.
